The Barcelona Wine Innovation Open Innovation Safari is a one-day immersive experience designed for professionals who want to explore how tradition and innovation are transforming the wine industry.

Led by Certified Innovation Safari Sherpa Francesc Saldaña, this Safari introduces explorers to the Catalan wine ecosystem, where wineries, research centers and innovation initiatives are redefining viticulture, production, sustainability and wine experiences.

During the experience, explorers will discover how winemakers, researchers and innovators are combining heritage with technology to create new products, processes and business models across the wine value chain.

• Recaredo – A reference in biodynamic and long-aging sparkling wines, combining tradition with innovation in production processes.
• Vallformosa – A winery transforming the sector through digitalization, sustainability and new business models in wine production and distribution.

Participants will:
